WHERE IS ECHO SPUR LOCATED?
Echo Spur is located in the heart of Park City’s charming Old Town district on sun saturated Rossi Hill. It’s positioned parallel to Ontario Avenue. From Deer Valley Drive turn right on Rossi Hill Drive then right on Echo Spur Court. Conveniently situated between Deer Valley Resort and Park City Mountain Resort, the shops galleries and restaurants are within easy walking distance down Shorty’s Stairs.

HOW MANY HOMES ARE IN THE DEVELOPMENT
Echo Spur will consist of seven homes. Each will be custom designed for the specific homesite and governed by Old Town’s Historic District Design Guidelines.

WHAT IS THE ARCHITECTURAL STYLE OF THE HOMES?
Echo Spur residences are custom Mountain Modern homes designed to complement the Park City Old Town District’s historic character while placing an emphasis on luxurious, energy efficient, sustainable living. These will be high quality, eco-friendly residences with a contemporary flair, clean lines and maximum utilization of living space both inside and outside the home.

WHO IS THE ARCHITECT?
Jean Yves LaCroix, of LaCroix Design LC, is the architect. Jean Yves has been designing homes in Park City for nearly two decades and has collaborated with the entire Echo Spur team form many years.   www.lacroix-design.com

WHO IS THE BUILDER?
Go West Development LLC, a Park City based builder with more than a decade of experience building in the area. Preston Campbell, the owner of Go West Development, LLC, is a Certified Green Builder, a past President of the Park City Homebuilders Association, a founding member of Build Green Utah, and is currently a member of Park City’s Planning Commission. ARE THE HOMES “GREEN” BUILT AND ENERGY EFFICIENT?
Yes, the homes will incorporate primary and secondary energy strategies including renewable energy sources. Standard features include solar photovoltaic panels on rooftops, superinsulation,  passive solar design, net metering, water catchment systems, low VOC paint, locally sourced and reclaimed materials and preplanned radon venting. This green building approach will reduce the cost of homeownership by virtually eliminating energy costs. The homes are seeking LEED, HERS and ENERGY STAR HOME certifications.

ARE THERE VIEWS?
The views are some of the best in Park City. The decks look out over the ski resorts with views for miles to the north and west. Spectacular sunsets are a given.

WHAT ARE THE SIZES OF THE HOMES?
The homes range in size from approximately 2,700 to 3,500 square feet with three to four bedrooms. Plans feature flexible design options allowing the buyer to select between dedicated bedroom space or additional living space. Each residence will have a two car garage.

WHEN WILL BUILDING COMMENCE?
Groundbreaking for the first two residences has already taken place. Subsequent homes will start as contracts are received. Homes are expected to be completed within 14-16 months of breaking ground. IS THERE AN HOA?
Yes, there is an HOA which is designed to be “light touch” rather than overly restrictive. The primary focus will be on maintenance of common areas. The annual dues is expected to be minimal.

ARE THERE CC&RS?
Yes, CC&Rs are available for review.

ARE NIGHTLY RENTALS ALLOWED?
Yes, nightly rentals are allowed. The CC&Rs are designed to coincide with the rules and regulations of Park City Municipal Corporation.

ARE RESIDENTS RESPONSIBLE FOR ECHO SPUR COURT ROAD MAINTENANCE?
No, Echo Spur Court is a dedicated city street that is maintained by Park City.

IS THERE A SPECIFIC PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR ECHO SPUR HOMES?
Yes, there is a developer REPC and addendum for Echo Spur homes.

HOW DOES THE PURCHASE PROCESS WORK?
Use the developer REPC and addendums to submit a purchase contract. A non-refundable Construction Deposit equal to 30% of the total purchase price is due at the Pre-Construction Meeting Deadline Date. Contact Listing Agent for forms and additional information.
